One Squared is right around the corner. Our people are counting down the days until it's here and we hope yours are too. If you've already purchased your ticket, we can't wait to see you! And if you haven't yet, just click the blue text below.
Without further ado, here's what you need to know in order to plan for and get the most out of your One Squared experience. We can't wait to see you for a day of personal and professional growth!
What You Should Prepare:
Three Favorite Items - When I go to a networking event or conference there are three things that are without a doubt in my bag for the day: mints, business cards, and lipstick. The latter might not be your jam – but bring the three items that will make you feel prepared to take on the day with confidence. And business cards. Always. Bring. Business. Cards.
Questions - At lunch, you’ll have the opportunity to ask real, raw questions from our lunch panel big shots: Pandora, HubSpot, Wistia, Fulton Brewing, and National Public Media. Take a few minutes before the event to think about the questions you’ve always wanted answers to but never seem to get a straight answer on. Nothing is off limits!
Social Media Account - It’s very probable that we will be sharing updates prior to One Squared on Leighton Interactive’sFacebook,Instagram,LinkedIn, andTwitter. Give us a like or follow so you can stay up-to-date on the latest news and interact with our live video, photos, and posts at One Squared.
What You Should Expect:
Some Sweet Swag - Your ticket automatically enters you for a chance to win a $500 gift card to Room & Board. Did you know you can get an extra entry to win if you share a post about the event using #OneSquared before 4/20/18? You'll also get a swag bag for attending the event. We won't share too many details about what's inside, but we bet you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Food & Beverages - We can't promise a four-course meal, but we will have breakfast, lunch, and coffee/water at One Squared to fuel you throughout the day. And the day isn't over once the speakers and panelists are done. Stick around for butler-passedhors d'oeuvres, beer, cocktail, or glass of wine at Happy Hour and chat with others about your takeaways from the day.
Growth, Growth, and More Growth - The brilliant speakers you’ll be hearing from at One Squared include Ryan Holiday, Alina Wheeler, Mark Schaefer, and Kristen Brown. Their sessions and the entire day is tailored to feed (and grow) both your professional and personal self. So, get a full night’s rest because your brain is going to need it!
What You Should Do:
Meet New People - One Squared wasn’t created and placed in Minneapolis for any old reason. This marketing conference was made for the crème de la crème when it comes to marketing and business professionals. Take this event as an opportunity to put yourself and your business out there by getting to know someone new.
Share Your Thoughts - We know you’ll have your smartphone with you. Take a few minutes throughout the day to share photos, quotes, or videos of the things that inspired you at One Squared. Don’t forget to use and monitor #OneSquared to see what others are saying! We can’t wait to see what some of your favorite takeaways were from the day.
Have Fun -Last, but not at all least, have fun! Yes, this Minneapolis conference is about marketing, tips & tricks, and networking. But most of all, this day is aboutyouand the value you get out of it at the end of the day. Sosay yesto new conversations, say yesto improving yourself, andsay yesto making it a great day.
You have the opportunity to be a part of something great, to learn from the best, and to push yourself to new limits. Our team will be the ones in bright blue shirts at One Squared, so please introduce yourself and say hello. We can't wait to see you there!
I have a passion for communicating, coffee, and creating meaningful relationships. Each and everyday I make it my mission to chase one of my many curiosities and tackle it head on (usually with a dirty chai latte in hand).
