As a client of Leighton Broadcasting, Williams Integracare came to us for a website redesign. We performed our due diligence and assessed their website. A simple brochure site with minimal pages, we agreed we could develop a new site with more depth. More interaction and resources for patients and potential patients. We could bridge the gap between pain and treatment, and we could do it by using Williams Integracare Clinic’s own people.

Nearly 100% of appointments made at the clinic were due to pain. Could a website work both proactively and reactively regarding health and wellness? Leighton Interactive said yes. By combining a website rebuild with some elements of inbound marketing, Williams Integracare Clinic could become a valuable resource for its patients by offering everything from interviews with providers to blogs on current healthcare topics.

MAKING A SITE FOR THEIR CLIENTS

An integral part of our job is to impress upon our clients the importance of building a website that is for their clients, not for themselves. While SEO and other marketing best practices are useful tools for attraction, more depth is needed to really convince people to make those appointments.

The best way to do that is with people. Each provider and staff member we met with had a story to share. Their why. Williams Integracare, already established in the community, had some initial concerns with the direction Leighton Interactive wanted to take them. Chiropractic had long been the service Williams Integracare considered their “door opener,” and they were looking for ways to promote the rest of their services.

That was their pain point, and we knew we could help. Integracare took a leap of faith when it came to our 100% proof promise. Our best clients always do.

THE HOLY TRINITY OF HEALTHCARE

We created a website that showcased Williams Integracare Clinic for what it is. A one-stop for all things health and wellness. We spent invaluable time with providers to build rapport so we could tell their story through inbound marketing. We gave family practice and physical therapy a place alongside chiropractic to create a holy trinity of healthcare, so to speak.

We demonstrated that convenience could be a tangible element when people seek medical care. With the patient in mind, we pulled things out of the clinic to highlight. One of the doctors on staff is a specialist in the area on concussions. Child chiropractic can be used to combat colic, reflux, and scoliosis. Hormone therapy replacement, health insurance, and holistic care- topics people often have questions on – could be explored in depth in blogs.

We added videos to the website so patients could connect with the humans on the other side of the desk at Williams Integracare. Healthcare is a need in the marketplace, there’s no question about it. Leighton Interactive made Williams Integracare Clinic a want.

We Proved It

We proved there is much more to healthcare than routine appointments, insurance, and provider networks. The healthcare industry can be so sterile and scary. Leighton Interactive provided a platform for Williams Integracare to change those perceptions. Physicians often abide by a Hippocratic oath – first, do no harm. We altered that a tiny bit.

First, find the people. An overhauled website with a clearer definition of goals while utilizing the clinic’s best asset – the staff – is what led to those people. As with any company or organization, brand is huge. We encouraged Williams Integracare Clinic to firmly embrace their own.
