Here at Leighton Interactive, we've spent years developing and curating an irreplaceable culture, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm going to give you an inside look at our expert culture and explain what it means for those who work with us. 

Our Culture is Alive

Culture isn't a temporary project that you check in on from time to time; it's constant, ever-evolving machine and it requires constant attention. But I can tell you this, every inch of effort you put into workplace culture comes back multiplied. It makes a lot of sense if you think about it because culture is made up of people. And while people are always growing and changing, a strong culture causes them to grow and change together toward a common goal.

Beyond what we are, it's equally important to talk about what we are not. There's a notion that by working with our team that your marketing director or marketing assistant will get sidelined or become obsolete. That couldn't be further from the truth. We function as an extension of your existing marketing team. The majority of the time, our client's internal marketing staff are who we work directly with, and a lot of our energy goes into bolstering your existing marketing staff and achieving their goals and objectives.
