To do this, there are a few simple questions that need to be answered:

  • Who are you?
  • Who needs to know?
  • How will they find out?
  • Why should they care?

See, the questions are simple. They're just a few words each, and they center around something you know a whole lot about: your business. Even though the questions are simple and the subject matter is all too familiar, businesses still struggle to start connecting the dots.
