Recruiting For One of Minnesota's Finest: Room & Board
ST. CLOUD, MN (Mar. 13, 2018)– Leighton Interactive has been selected by modern home furniture and accessories brand, Room & Board, to assist in a recruitment campaign set to launch in 2018 for their Design Associate role. This will be the marketing agency's second recruitment project with Room & Board since 2017.
Focused on creating exceptional experiences for their customers, Room & Board is looking for innovative ways to reach their ideal candidates. Leighton Interactive met with Room & Board earlier in the year to learn about the Design Associate role and how unique the individuals are that find success in this position. The marketing agency will use social media, applicant persona, and industry research to create a strategy that reaches candidates with a passion for design and home furnishings, collaboration, and connecting with customers.
Leighton Interactive kicked-off their research mid-February and will conclude their work on the project in the Spring of 2018. They look forward to crafting a research-driven strategy that includes creative and content concepts and supports Room & Board's recruitment campaign.
