Tammy Moore Joins Leighton Interactive as Director of Talent
DECEMBER 10, 2019 (ST. CLOUD, MN) - Leighton Interactive is a marketing agency known for investing in people and culture to stand out in a crowded marketplace. As the Director of Talent, Tammy Moore is the connector, bringing together current and prospective staff, culture, brand, clients, and mission.
Moore believes people are the power behind courageous, leading-edge ideas and with guidance, mentorship and cheerleading, most anything is possible. As a respected leader, speaker, and mentor throughout central Minnesota, Moore brings 25 years of experience leading creative teams, marketing groups, and corporate communication departments. Outside of her consulting business, Being Moore, she has worked for a number of notable companies including Merrill Corporation and Creative Memories. Most recently, she served as the chief marketing and communications officer for the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University.
“Tammy brings a unique and broad skillset to help our people and clients grow. Through our interactions with Tammy over the last few years, we knew she matched our core values and would be an exceptional addition to our leadership team," said Dan Soldner, President of Leighton Interactive. "Her broad experience building successful marketing teams and brands in her career adds tremendous value to our agency and our clients.”
The Director of Talent is designed to work on the business and not in the business. Moore will identify and address talent gaps, implement talent acquisition programs while cultivating an “all in” culture that transcends age, position, and authority.
“I've had the pleasure of getting to know Tammy in many different ways over the years, from a peer group, client experience, and contractor," said Jennifer Lawrence, Vice President of Leighton Interactive. "What I always found true about her is that she is the perfect mix of caring, polished, and professional while still being smart, driven, and getting stuff done. She is a driver and compliments our leadership team's unique abilities."
In the coming year, Moore's contributions will focus on building systems, structure, and learning opportunities to support employees in their personal and professional growth. She is excited to work alongside the leadership team to expand Leighton's reach in cultivating new talent and securing their position as a premiere employer.
